The New Way of Enjoying Steak at Very Affordable Price Only at the Brickfire!

Ever thought of going to a unique place where you can have a very sumptuous meal together with your family at very affordable price? Well, there could be plenty of restaurants nowadays yet only few of them offer meal that won’t hurt our budget. And today, I am going to share to you what my wife and I discovered after getting invited to a bloggers’ event.

Last May 29, my wife and I were invited to The Bloggers’ Steak Blowout by Brickfire, where we had a chance to taste a delicious steak that surely everyone would love to try out somewhere in Quezon City, the Brickfire Oven-Roasted Steaks and Chops.

Brickfire Oven-Roasted Steaks and Chops, a new casual dining steakhouse, has just opened up in Katipunan and is whetting everyone’s appetites with their sumptuous steaks and chops cooked to fork tender juiciness.

It offers steak at a very affordable price without compromising the quality especially the meat itself. The cooking process which uses a brick oven makes it special. Prime meats like steak, pork chops and tenderloin are marinated and roasted in a 400-degree heated oven. The meat cooks in its own juices and flavors, that would have otherwise been lost if cooked over an open flame, are locked in.

They guarantee all their customers with deliciously dish on their palate. Indeed, “What you get on your plate is succulent, savory meat that is a carnivorously delicious delight to both chew on and taste.” That’s because Brickfire dishes are neither grilled nor deep fried. As founders Tadi Diaz and Aaron Macalinao, call it, “The dishes are brick-oven roasted to fork-tender perfection.” And one of the reasons why they are cheaper compare to other steak houses is that they supply their own meat. That makes them standout since they know what meat they have for their customers.

The store offers different kinds of dishes you could choose for such as the premium choice cuts that come from locally sourced fresh beef. One of the best sellers they have is The Duke (serves the best part of the beef- tenderloin) which cost P250.

They also have Cowgirl Annie (P120) – (a T-bone steak that is marinated with a homemade sweet and tangy sauce. The steak also comes in original flavor and can be upgraded to a surf and turf meal with some prawns on the side. All of the steaks are cooked medium-well, unless otherwise specified.) And the resto’s pork chop which also known as The Chopper (P99).

Aside from those dishes, they as well recommend their special sidings which are Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli Tex-Mex, both of which are good accompaniments for the steaks. Brickfire offers adobo, beef tapa, fish and veggies too aside from their steak.

What my wife’s favorite is the Cowgirl Annie (Original) and The Duke.  I love their baked fish and home-Made Corned Beef (not the typical corned beef we used to have in can, huh).

The best thing about Brickfire is that you can satisfy your cravings anytime since the restaurant serves full steak meals and breakfast fare from morning until night.

So if you want to try out casual dining at very affordable price, then the Brickfire is the best house to visit with!
