KWC Philippines: Karaoke your way to Ireland


Are you a Filipino of legal age, able to sing and travel abroad? Then Karaoke World Championships Philippines is looking for you!

KWC Philippines is now opening its doors to one of the most prestigious singing competition around and they are looking for the first male and female Filipino to represent the Philippines in the 2011 Karaoke World Championships in Killarney, Ireland on September 8-10.

Karaoke World Championships started in 2003 and has been recognizing talented singers in more than 20 countries around the world since. This is the first time that talented Filipinos will have the opportunity to compete in such a competition.

“We are encouraging Pinoy and Pinay amateur karaoke singers to show-off their talent and join the KWC Philippine trials. This is the first time that we are going to send our karaoke champions to compete in Ireland and vie for the 2011 Karaoke World Championships title” says Ms Cris Llamo, President, KWC Philippines.

Prize includes an all-expense paid trip to Killarney, Ireland, pocket money worth of Php100,000 each, One Sennheiser Freeport wireless microphone worth Php19,880, One WOW Concerto worth Php19,500, One year WOW Videoke endorsement contract and a chance to be a Talk ‘N Text talent.

So if you’ve got what it takes to be a KWC Philippines champion, head on now to 1081 EDSA, Balintawak, Quezon City from May 30 to July 9, 2011 for the KWC Daily Trials! The best male and female karaoke singers will be awarded on July 23, 2011.
