‘Taxi’ and ‘Grease’ star Jeff Conaway passed away
The actor known for his stints as a driver in NBC’s sitcom Taxi and once co-starred as Kenickie in the 1978 film adaptation of Grease has died. He was 60.
Phil Brock, Conaway‘s manager, said that Conaway was found comatosed May 11 after an apparent overdose of painkillers. His life support has been taken off Thursday (May 26) and died Friday in Encino.
Jeff Conaway once discussed his addiction issues on VH1 reality show ‘Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew’ in 2008.
